Ray Greene A.K.A. Ole Ray is a native of Northern Florida, and Southern Georgia. He also lived in California and Ohio. He is a member of the NBBQ (National Barbeque Association) and  is a certified K.C.B.S. (Kansas City B.B.Q. Society) Judge. Ray, accompanied by his wife Susan travels the country delivering and demonstrating his sauces.

     Ole Ray has eaten BBQ all over the U.S., but had a craving for a better sauce. About 11 years ago he created and is now bottling Kentucky Red Bourbon, Spicy Gold Bourbon, Apple Cinnamon B.B.Q Sauces, and a special blend of herbs and spices called Ole Ray's Rubb-It, (which is good on everything (soups, salads, stews, steaks, chops, and chicken).

Ray's newest addition, is their Apple Bourbon Sauce, his second entry into the "GOURMET SAUCE MARKET".
